This hand-painted cup features a delicate blue plum blossom design — perfect for tea, coffee, or a small everyday pour. Made from high-fire grolleg porcelain and finished with a clear glaze inside and out for a bright, glossy shine.
Why this is discounted: This is an earlier version of the plum blossom design — the interior is left clear rather than color-glazed, and the flower buds are smaller than my current design. Fully functional and food-safe, just an older iteration of the motif.

THE ARTISAN PROCESS & DESIGN
- Wheel-thrown & trimmed: Shaped on the potter's wheel, then flipped and trimmed the next day once firm enough to hold its form.
- Hand-painted plum blossom design: Once bone dry, the cup is sponged clean inside and out, then the blue plum blossom motif is hand-painted onto the exterior.
- Clear glaze finish: A clear glaze is applied inside and out for a bright, glossy shine, then fired in an electric oxidation kiln for lasting durability.
Made by hand in small batches in my Denver studio — no AI, no mass production, just one potter and a paintbrush.
