A hand-thrown porcelain tea bowl, hand-painted with delicate blue plum blossoms and a trailing vine. Rooted in the Japanese chawan tradition, this bowl is equally at home cradling matcha, sipping sake, or enjoying a double espresso — a piece that moves easily between rituals.
This particular design has been part of my practice for over 12 years, evolving slowly with each version. This rendition features a lighter green vine and smaller flower buds — a quiet, ongoing conversation with a pattern I keep coming back to.
